Irit Reinheimer & Jacinta Bunnell, this coloring book originally came out in 2001 as a self-published zine, using found images as its basis for making commentary about gender and sexuality. Word of mouth and independent distributors of social justice materials spread this book like wildfire and the authors sold thousands of copies out of their living rooms. Once it was picked up for publishing by Soft Skull Press, the authors sought out their favorite illustrators to give their messages a fresh look.
